User Guide
  • At our hotel, smoking is prohibited in the entire building, including all guest rooms, for the following guests.
    Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Smokers are kindly requested to use the terrace or outside smoking areas.
  • To protect the environment, our hotel refrains from using disposable items.
  • Pets are not allowed in the room.
  • Please note that minors cannot stay without a legal guardian.
  • The hotel operates a seasonal heated pool "Secret Oasis" for hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The in-room jacuzzi (with hot/cold water) is available free of charge 24 hours a day.
    The use of bath additives is prohibited when using the jacuzzi or pool.
  • If the number of additional people exceeds the standard number, it will be KRW 33,000 (per person / per night) and bedding set will be provided once. However, up to the maximum number of people per room type can stay.
  • Pre-school children are admitted free of charge, but no separate bedding set is provided. (Up to 1 preschool child can enter the studio type rooms, and up to 2 preschool children can enter the other room types)
    A pre-school child is defined as being between the ages of 0 and 7, and is considered an adult from the age of 8.
  • Additional bedding costs 33,000 won/set. (A baby cot is provided free of charge upon request for guests with infants under 12 months)
  • Information on breakfast (one set) of NARNIA restaurant

  • Credit card information will not be used for any purpose other than payment for your accommodation.
  • Credit card information will not be charged directly at the time of online booking..
  • Please make the final payment at the front desk when you check in.
  • In the event of cancellation after the free cancellation period or No-Show, the penalty will be settled with the information on the card registered for the guarantee.
Policy of Cancellation and Refund
  • No penalty for cancellations/changes 7 days prior to arrival date
  • Cancellations/change 6-2 days before the date of stay: 20% of the room charge
  • Cancellation/change before 18:00 one day before the scheduled date of stay: 50% of room charge
  • Cancellations/changes/no show after 18:00 one day before the date of stay: 100% of all room charge
